Executive Chef Timothy Ramirez brings his passion for fresh ingredients to the innovative menus he creates. Following a four year culinary apprenticeship with Master Chef’s from Europe, Tim took his creative skills to various fine dining locations both domestic and abroad. He has worked along side some of the most skilled and renowned chefs from Europe, including Andre’ Renard of Paris, Lothar Proll of Frankfurt, and Hans Mueller of Switzerland. With a passion for continuing education, Timothy has honed his culinary skills with working sabbaticals in Michelin Restaurants and five star restaurants. Timothy has functioned in roles as Executive Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, Corporate Chef, Chef de Cuisine, in resorts including The Cinque Terra, Italy, St. John, Antigua, and Hawaii. Food

and Beverage Director and Food Stylist for industry publications.  Having specialized in patisserie, Timothy exercised his creative skills at The Hotel Queen Mary in Long Beach, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, the Scottsdale Marriott Suites and The Warner Center Marriott, Woodland Hills, CA. Ramirez also spent several years opening hotels and restaurants for Marriott International. 

The Carmel Supper Club, Timothy’s newest venture, specializes in bringing the party to your home with private chefs, entertainment and full service. Designed as an exclusive supper club for members, the Carmel Supper Club caters to all budgets and events and draws upon the finest chefs on the Peninsula to create a perfect event for you and your guests in the comfort of your own home!
